The Five Core Aspects
of Effective Communication
I believe all of our communication challenges and successes fall into one of five categories. We address the five core aspects of effective communication throughout our work together, however they may be relevant for you.

Mindset & Confidence
Effective speaking starts before you open your mouth. We work on the internal patterns that cause anxiety, overthinking, and self-doubt, so you can speak from a place of steadiness rather than performance. The goal isn’t necessarily to “feel fearless,” but to trust yourself enough to stay present under pressure.

Physical Presence & Poise
How you stand, move, and occupy space strongly affects how you’re perceived, and how you feel while speaking. We address posture, gesture, and even nervous habits, so your physical presence supports your message. When the body is organized, confidence becomes visible and natural.

Delivery & Vocal Strength
Your voice is one of your most powerful tools. We focus on vocal projection, pacing, and natural variation so you can be heard and understood without strain. This helps you sound more authoritative and expressive while protecting vocal health, even in high-stakes or long speaking situations.

Message Structure & Precision
Strong delivery can’t compensate for a confusing message. We work on organizing ideas, shaping spoken language, and guiding listeners through your thinking in a compelling way. This makes your communication easier to follow, more persuasive, and far less stressful to deliver.

On-the-Spot Speaking Skills
Many professional speaking moments are unscripted: meetings, Q&A, interviews, and conversations. We build the skills needed to think in real time, respond thoughtfully, and speak with confidence even when you don’t know exactly what’s coming. The result is greater ease and adaptability in everyday communication.
My Approach
I work with professionals who want to communicate more confidently and effectively, in high-stakes situations and day-to-day. My public speaking coaching is structured as a focused, 30-day engagement designed to help clients develop and rehearse a polished 10–15 minute talk or presentation that is directly relevant to their professional work.
Our work together is practical and targeted, always with the goal of honing tools that are professionally relevant for you. Over four private sessions, we shape your message, refine delivery, and rehearse, focusing on vocal presence and control. The goal is to help you communicate your ideas in a way that feels authentic and aligned with how you want to be perceived professionally.
My background as a voice specialist and professional performer informs how I approach this work. I bring a detailed understanding of voice use, physical presence, and preparation under pressure, which allows us to work efficiently and precisely. This means addressing not just what you’re saying, but how you’re saying it, so your voice and delivery support your message.
Throughout the engagement, we focus on a real, tangible deliverable rather than simply building skills in the abstract. By the end of the 30 days, you will have a talk that is ready to use in a professional setting, along with tools you can apply to future presentations, meetings, and routine speaking situations.

Working Together
Coaching engagements are structured as a focused, 30-day intensive designed to create meaningful, usable progress.
We work together over four private 60-minute sessions, scheduled across one month, with ongoing feedback and support between sessions as you refine and rehearse your work.
Throughout the engagement, our shared goal is to craft and deliver a 10–15 minute talk or presentation that is professionally relevant to you. This might be a presentation for work, a leadership talk, a pitch, or another real-world speaking situation you care about. Rather than practicing only in the abstract, we focus on something concrete, so the work translates directly into your professional life.
Our sessions together are adaptive and individualized, and depending on your needs, we may spend more or less time on message development, delivery, vocal work, physical presence, or performance skills. The process is guided, but not forced into a one-size-fits-all structure.
By the end of the 30 days, the goal is to have your talk polished, confident, and ready to use in a professional setting, along with tools and insights you can apply to future speaking situations.
Sessions may take place virtually or in person, and are available Monday through Friday, 10am–9pm (NYC time).
The fee for this 30-day engagement is $1,600.
